Let's meet on the mat (6 feet apart, of course) to create space in our bodies, minds and hearts so we have an increased capacity to do our work off the mat. Designed for all levels. We will work with breath and movement in slow-flowing sequences to help stretch, strengthen & move with ease. Classes will work on different areas of the body and explore new postures each week. Paying attention to alignment, understanding of posture, & their effects on the body, mind and spirit. *Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
